1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Mindbyte Academy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Mindbyte Academy provides software engineering training, mentorship, and career placement services primarily targeted at Nigerian graduates and NYSC corps members. Our services include but are not limited to online courses, project-based learning, and career coaching.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Mindbyte Academy, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. Commitment Deposit

A commitment deposit of ₦35,000 is required to secure your spot in our program. This deposit is fully refundable upon successful completion of the course requirements, as specified in your enrollment agreement and full settlement of the ISA.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mindbyte Academy and its licensors.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
